@carlsberg Lager - The Carlsberg Brewery was founded in 1847 by the visionary Danish brewer J.C. Jacobson. Well-proportioned bottom-fermented lager with a flavor of hops, grains, pine needles, sorrel and Danish summer apples. (5.0% ABV)

@bluepointbrewing Toasted Lager - Their original Long Island Lager is the first beer they ever brewed. Smooth, balanced, and classic, Toasted Lager enjoys a 24-year heritage as a staple in the NY craft beer scene, often the first beer many Long Islanders ever drink. Extremely crushable and easy to love. (5.5% ABV)

@gansettbeer Lager - New England's heritage craft beer. First brewed in 1890, their Lager is clean, crisp, refreshing, and perfectly balanced. (5.0% ABV)

@Lagunitasbeer IPA - A well-rounded, Highly drinkable India Pale Ale. A bit of Caramel Malt barley provides the richness that mellows out the twang of the hops, including Cascade, Centennial, Chinook and a splash of honorary “C” hop, Simcoe. Best enjoyed from mustache. (6.2% ABV)

@sloopbrewingco Juice Bomb IPA - The low bitterness and late hopping showcase the citrusy, juicy notes of American hops. A blast of tropical aroma is followed by a resiny and balanced flavor. (6.5% ABV)

Blend @lindemansbeers Framboise with crushed raspberries and a touch of sweetness to create a dessert that looks almost as impressive as it tastes.
Thanks to @merchantduvin for the recipe.

Framboise Coulis Recipe:
- 2 tsp/1 cl Lindemans Framboise
- 2 handfuls fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup/6 cl sugar
- 1 tsp/.5 cl lemon juice

Combine raspberries and sugar in saucepan. Cook under low heat until raspberries are broken down, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients. Optional: Strain to remove seeds.
