Dear Valued Customers,
As the ever-complex situation of COVID-19 continues to develop, Craft NY has tried to adapt in the safest and most measured way possible to ensure we continue to serve as an essential business and provide for our communities. We continue to maintain a high degree of hygiene and disinfecting standards and have instructed our employees in best practices, as recommended by the Center of Disease Control and the State of New York.
For the foreseeable future, we have made the decision to temporarily close our operations on Wednesdays. Our sales team will be deployed to continue to service accounts throughout the week. We continue to strongly encourage you to engage in Retailer Portal for placing orders and making payments to safely limit the amount of person-to-person contact on a day-to-day basis.
Thank you for your understanding as we modify our work week. We will do what we can, safely and within reason, to ensure continuity for your business.
